- Build, administrate and maintain 250+ servers with 1000 users, comprising of Windows NT 4, 2000 and 2003 Advanced Server, Redhat Linux 5, Exchange 2003, Citrix Metaframe 1.8 and XP, and AS400

- Responsible for enterprise wide deployment, administration and updating of McAfee EPO 4 environment, utilizing EPO Agent 3.6, Virus Scan 8.5i, Anti Spy Ware 8.0, Host Intrusion Protection 7.0
- Participated in the development and administration of Exchange 2003 environment
- AD account creation and administration
- Participate in change management policies and procedures for all infrastructure changes
- Participate in Disaster Recovery Business Continuity plan and procedures and take part in the infrastructure side of the test, recovering critical business applications and data in an off site recovery center
- Administrate third party services and support for Postini (spam filtering), IPSoft (external monitoring), Sungard (disaster recovery), Wired (AS400)
- Complete projects and work with Applications Development to implement new technologies and solutions including but not limited to Rightfax, Postini, Surf Control, HFNetcheck, Citrix, iResults Loan Origination Software, and Methodware
- Support and deploy enterprise wide server patching through HFNetcheck
- Support all internal and Federal audit requests and requirements to ensure all systems and data is Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliant
Accomplishments:
- Migrated Irwin Home Equity's IHE Domain to parent Irwin IrwinFC domain as a child member
- Migrated Irwin Home Equity's e-mail from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003
- Implemented and administrate Enterprise wide McAfee Desktop and Server Virus Scan products and policies
- Participated in off site Disaster Recovery Business Continuity activities and procedures
- Complete Data Center recovery of all mission critical hardware, network and applications after catastrophic power failure in 6 hours.
